Tengr.ai 1.1 is here! This update introduces Quantum Mode, a next-generation approach to image creation that takes AI prompt understanding to the next level. We’re also launching a brand-new Basic tier, plus a powerful Face Refiner tool to fix flawed or distorted faces with ease.
On top of that, we’ve fine-tuned the user interface, improved the Detailer-Upscaler, and fixed several bugs to make everything run more smoothly.

New Features & Enhancements
- Quantum Generation Mode: A game-changing way to generate images with enhanced prompt fidelity and refined aesthetics. It comes with seven dedicated styles: Default, Portraiture, Photographer, Film, Retro, Film-Noir, and Dark, each offering a different artistic feel.
It is based on recent diffusion transformer research in the scientific community, notably Fast High-Resolution Image Synthesis with Latent Adversarial Diffusion Distillation and Adversarial Post-Training, enhanced with our improvements and turned into a product. Quantum Mode isn’t just a new tool; it’s a completely new way to create because it understands you better.
- Introducing the Basic Tier + Transformed Free Tier: Instead of daily refresh credits, Free users now receive 50 permanent credits upon their first login. These won’t expire or reset, so you can use them whenever you like.
For those who want more creative freedom, we’re also introducing the new Basic Tier, an affordable new option that provides 70,000 refresh credits per month, giving you way more freedom to experiment while keeping things accessible. - New Face Refiner Processing Mode: The Face Refiner allows you to correct flaws and distortions in AI-generated images, plus it enhances facial details for more lifelike results. Currently, this feature can be accessed from the Image-to-Image processing selector and the Quick Start menu. Unlike other modes, Face Refiner does not require a prompt. Just upload an image and let the AI do the work.
User Interface & Experience Improvements
- Prompt Height Adjustment: You can now adjust the height of the prompt text area with new buttons. Plus, the default text area is now taller for better readability when working with longer prompts. A full redesign of this feature will be included in future updates!
- Improved Detailer-Upscaler: The Detailer-Upscaler has been improved to deliver more refined textures and higher-quality upscaling results.
- Updated Selector UI: Selectors for generation settings like Style selector, Aspect ratio, Processing mode, etc. now display more icons at once for quicker access. Plus, menus now close automatically after selection, making navigation faster and more practical.
- Permanent Credit Display in UI: Your remaining permanent credits are now clearly shown, making them easier to track.
- Clickable ‘Tutorials and resources’ Section Images: News section images now link directly to their corresponding blog posts, so you can find helpful resources faster.
- Image Toolbar Updates: Toolbar actions have been rearranged for easier navigation. Plus, we’ve added a one-click PNG download button for faster saving.
Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements
- Fixed Refresh Credit Reset Issue: Addressed an issue where refresh credits were not resetting correctly upon subscription renewal.
- Fixed Artwork Sharing Details: Shared artwork now displays the correct generation details.
- User Credit Display Fix: Resolved an issue where credits didn’t update properly when switching between users.
- Image Download Fixes: JPEG and WEBP downloads now work correctly for upscaled images as well.
- Toolbar Visibility Fix: Fixed a bug where toolbar actions disappeared while scrolling through image results.
- Work History Updates: The delete button is now a more intuitive icon instead of text, making the interface cleaner. Added date labels to artwork items for better organization.
